Clean, quiet, and beautifully bright. Loved having a little fridge and a kettle in the rooms. the lounge was nice. plenty of hooks to hang clothes and the little shelves with USB ports and baskets were a great idea for keeping small items organized.
The signage was confusing and disconcerting, especially for strangers just off the ferry. the convenience of nearby grocery or shopping was lacking.

The self-catering kitchen was stress-free to use, and it was convenient to have a fridge and kettle in our room. The en suite and adjacent facilities were closely located, and the WiFi connection was appreciated by my teenage child. The hostel's proximity to the town center was ideal, and we found the community center next door handy for affordable meals. The availability of a washing machine, dryer, and drying room was a godsend, allowing us to travel lighter. The lift and reading area on the first floor were also nice touches. we couldn't have asked for a better hostel experience!
